Manager, Compensation & HRIS (2/22/25)
Provides strategic and operational leadership for Summa Health System compensation and human resources information systems (HRIS) and related systems for approximately 8,000 employees (including out-of-state remote employees). Oversees the design and development of competitive pay policies and practices to attract and retain productive employees and reward/incentive systems aimed at increasing operational productivity. Maximizes the efficiency of available systems collaborating with IT&S and Payroll departments. Ensures the integrity of the HR data and reports HR metrics. Ensures programs and services comply with system policy, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

Sr. Major Giving Officer (2/5/25)
The Senior Major Gifts Officer (SMGO) leads the Major Gifts team which is responsible for achieving fundraising goals by engaging individual high-level donors to support the mission and strategic plan of the organization. The SMGO is a strategic thinker, has extensive experience engaging donors and is able to collaborate with staff and volunteers to build rapport, identify opportunities and influence positive outcomes. This position will oversee a team of three major gift officers providing guidance, training, and support as needed. This includes setting goals and expectations for individual team members, supervising moves management plans, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to ensure that fundraising goals are met or exceeded as well as managing an existing major donor portfolio. The Senior Major Gifts Officer is part of the Fund Development Leadership Team and works in tandem with Directors of Corporate Giving, Development Operations and Institutional Giving.
Akron Soul Train
Administrator (1/13/25)
The Administrator (Admin) will be an experienced nonprofit leader, responsible for all aspects of administering Akron Soul Train’s mission and vision. This includes strategic planning, financial management, development, and community outreach. The Admin will supervise the AST staff overseeing the gallery operations, artistic planning, programming, and educational activities. The Admin will be AST’s chief fundraiser, and networker throughout the region, cultivating new partnerships and relationships to enhance AST’s profile and visibility. Partnering with the Board to establish the strategic direction of AST, they will implement programs and initiatives in fulfillment of AST’s mission and values.
