Leadership Akron Hires Elizabeth Saraceno As New Senior Development Director

Leadership Akron is proud to announce that Elizabeth Saraceno has been hired as Senior Development Director, effective February 12, 2024.

Elizabeth Saraceno, currently Vice President, Community Engagement Manager for First Commonwealth Bank, is deeply passionate about community and has spent more than twenty years in the community space as a volunteer and employee, serving in both the for profit and non-profit sectors with expertise in development, communications, marketing, events, and community engagement & impact.  Saraceno is a native of greater Akron, an Alumna of the University of Akron, and spent several years specifically serving the Akron community through employment at Stewart’s Caring Place and Leadership Akron. The past several years she and her family have been residing in Pittsburgh, PA and are thrilled to be coming back to their hometown.

Elizabeth’s community affiliations include; Leadership Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Action Against Rape, Sarah Heinz House Board, Dollar Energy Fund, the Greater Akron Chamber’s Women’s Network Community Leadership Institute, and Leadership Akron.
